The survey — the roof decides everything

Dana walks the building with the roofing contractor and our checklist: eave height, membrane type and warranty wording, whether the access is a new penetration or an existing hatch curb, snow-load region, and where forklift traffic passes below the climb line. Every answer changes the system drawing.

The drawing — one system, one sheet
