A Water Tower Ladder Project, Start to Finish
Meet Daniel, operations supervisor for a district water utility. Tower TW-07 needs its rusted ladder replaced before the state sanitary survey, and the tank cannot come out of service in summer demand. Here is how the project actually runs.
